Meet our NEW Director of Food & Beverage!

I am very excited to be joining The Management Trust as the Director of Food and Beverage for The Club at Natomas Park.

My background in restaurant management gives me a unique viewpoint and appreciation for the opportunity that I have been given in your community. My history includes having been General Manager of Chicago Fire for eight years. I was the original GM for the first location in Folsom, and then opened their first location in Sacramento three years later. I was also the GM of the busiest Rubio’s location in the Sacramento area for close to three years. For me, guest interaction is the lifeblood of the customer service industry. If I don’t know the pulse of my guests, then I’m missing something very important.

A little about myself:
I have three kids-- two daughters: Mindy age 31, she is a Paramedic in Paradise Ca. Emma, age 15, She is a freshman at Roseville High School. I also have a son, Craig, age 27, who is foreman of a cabinetry shop near Eureka. My wife Margo, is a manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, 24 years and counting. Myself, I am a very approachable and fun-loving guy. I was born and raised in the Sacramento area and am grateful for all the things this beautiful area has to offer.

I am excited to be working with this terrific staff and we will do all we can to make your time at The Club a fantastic experience.

Regards,
Rick Watson
Director of Food & Beverage
