The Living Fit Challenge led by certified fitness trainer Juliet Boone, offers a wide variety of high intensity exercises to help you lose fat, tone, build muscular strength, endurance, and strengthen you core. It includes a pre and post fit test, weekly weigh-in, measurements, and body fat testing, a food journal, fitness tips, nutritional guidance, and healthy recipes to help you on track. This class is open to anyone in good health (who is not suffering from current injuries) regardless of you age fitness level and costs only $250 (Cash or Check). Cost includes a free t-shirt and cookbook.
