The purpose of this announcement is to inform you that the Association’s Board of Directors is considering adopting revised Club Rules and Regulations. This notice is being given to all members in accordance with California Civil Code Sections 4340 et seq.
Last night at the February 28, 2018 Open Session Meeting, the Board approved an amendment of section 22.214.171.124 of the Club Rules and Regulations for a 30-day member comment period through general notice. HERE are the changes.
You may also review copies of the proposed changes at the Association’s management office, on the bulletin board at The Club, and on the Association’s website, www.natomaspark.com.
