Purpose and Intent of the Proposed Rule Change: The Board of Directors is considering adoption of the proposed revised Club Rules. The Association utilizes Club Rules in order to ensure fair and uniform use of The Club at Natomas Park. The proposed revisions are intended to better explain membership requirements, locker room usage, indoor and outdoor activities, use of the pools and spas, elimination of ping pong rules, and other general changes. It is intended that clarification and updates to the rules will improve the member experience at The Club.
The Board of Directors will hold a meeting on April 24, 2019 at 6:30PM to consider the adoption of the Proposed Rules. The Board of Directors intends to make its decision at this meeting following consideration of any comments made by the members.
